Our goal
is to provide the highest quality services available on the Utopia
network. Because of this we have decided to end our contract with
our current video provider and switch to a higher quality, more
robust and better supported TV Service.
Channels:
The new service will now include 170 channels. The previous line-up
had 60.
Click here to see the new Channel Guide
Quality:
The new TV service will provide a much more reliable viewing experience. We also receive a
much higher level of support from our vendor so we can resolve
any issues much quicker. You will also be able to watch recorded
programs from other TV's if you have at least 1 DVR in your home.
Pricing:
The new 170 channel basic lineup will run $65.00 per month.
Standard Set top boxes will rent for $6.95 per month.
DVR set top boxes will run $8.95 per month
Logistics:
Our goal is to purchase the Set top boxes currently in your home. We
will then erase the boxes and reprogram them with a completely new
set of software. All done with a minimum of downtime for you the
customer.
We will sign-up customers for the new service on a first come first
served basis.
Give us a call or email
support@brigham.net to get on the schedule.
Options:
We realize that a few of you will not want to move to the new
lineup.
Unfortunately the old
lineup will no longer be available after 4/30/2011.
We will allow customers on a contract with us to cancel the video
portion of their contract without penalty. We will also offer a 30
day money back guarantee on the new Video service so you can see the
quality for yourself. We are sure you will be impressed.

If you have
selected channels in addition to our basic channel lineup you will
receive a bill from Brigham.net and a bill from primetime for the
add-on channels.
This is required because some broadcaster will not allow primetime
to sell to us.
We didn't want to limit your choices of channels so we struck a deal
to have primetime bill
for the extra channels.

FAQ's
My remote is not changing channels.
Try
pushing the STB button in the 2nd row from the top of the remote. Try changing
the channels with the Up and Down Channel button.
I have no picture
on my TV.
First make
sure your STB is turned on. The standard STB's have a bright red
light in the center of the box indicating it is on. The DVR STB has
a light next to the power button on the front of the box. If the
light is green the box is on. If the light is red the box is off.
If you have a newer TV set try pushing the Input or TV/VIDEO button
on the remote that came with your TV. Each time you press the input
button it changes to a different input connection on the back
of the TV. Press the Input button until you see a TV Picture. If the
picture does not come up then pull the power cord out of the STB and
then reconnect it. Wait about 3 minutes and then repeat the
procedure with the input button. You should be able to find your tv
signal.
If you have an older TV Set make sure the STB is turned on and the
TV is set to Channel 3.
My TV does
not have the correct set of Channels I paid for.
Call the
office 435-723-9560 and we will get the programming corrected.
I have a
DVR how do I pause the program I am watching
This is a
simple operation. While watching a TV program press the Pause button
on your Black DVR Remote. It is located on the lower half of the
center button below
the row of colored buttons on the remote. When you return from your
break just press the
play button which is just above the pause button. Your program will
resume where you left off.
You can also use the Fast forward and Rewind buttons to scan through
the recorded Program
or to Skip commercials.
